Half Day Mediations available at $500.00 per party for four (4) hours. Half day mediations will commence at either 9:30 a.m. or 1:30 p.m.
Weekend Mediations are available and will be charged an additional $250.00 per party for air-conditioning/heating and other administrative expenses.
Cancellation Policy: A cancellation fee will be charged if a mediation is canceled five or fewer business days prior to the scheduled mediation date. The cancellation fee will equal the fee for one party and will be borne by the party or parties responsible for the cancellation.
Additional Fees: Mediations that last more than a half hour beyond the allotted time will be charged an additional $400.00 per hour for every hour, or fraction thereof, after 6:00 p.m. for full or half day, afternoon mediations or 2:00 p.m. for half day, morning mediations.
Please have your check delivered to our office in advance of the mediation or you may bring it with you on the day of your mediation. Checks should be made payable to: The Coe Law Firm, PLLC.
